I ordered this weeks ago and, for some reason, it still hadn’t shown up. The tracking barely updated the whole time, which was really frustrating. Definitely not a great shipping experience

"Not great with order updates"
I was frustrated with the lack of updates on my order. I kept waiting for some clear information and actually got almost nothing. I ended up having to chase them myself, which was really annoying and made the whole thing feel careless.

"Exchange was fine, just a bit slower than I expected"
The exchange ended up going through okay in the end, so I can’t really say it was a bad experience overall. It just took longer than I thought it would, mostly because the replies were slow. I had to follow up twice to get an update, which was a little frustrating because I wasn’t sure if anything was actually happening or if my request had just gotten missed. Once I did hear back, everything was handled, but I think the communication could have been a lot quicker and clearer

"Pretty trustworthy overall!!"
I ordered from Orchard Mile once it went smoothly!! Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, but the tracking worked the whole time and the item was definitely legit. I’d shop there again, just probably not if I needed something super quickly.

I ordered from Orchard Mile and the items themselves were nice, but the box showed up beat up. One corner was crushed, and the wrapping inside looked like someone rushed it and just threw everything in.

Nothing was actually broken, so I guess that’s good, but for what I paid, I expected the packaging to feel a lot more careful. It just made the whole order feel kind of careless. Anyway

"Showed up EXACTLY when promised"
I was a little nervous about ordering at first, but everything went totally fine. I got the confirmation quickly, the tracking actually updated like it was supposed to, and my package arrived on the exact day they said it would. No weird delays, no missing items, no hassle. it was a MUCH smoother experience than I expected...

"Refund was slow, but it did come through"
I ordered something from Orchard Mile and ended up sending it back because the fit just wasn’t right. The return process itself was straightforward, so I thought the refund would be the same, but it ended up taking longer than I expected.
I had to follow up a couple of times, and the updates weren’t exactly quick. To be fair, I did get my money back in the end, so it wasn’t a total mess, but the wait was frustrating enough that I’d probably only order again if I was really confident about the item...

"Support made me feel brushed off"
I ordered from Orchard Mile and had a question about my order, but getting any real help was such a hassle. I waited days for a response, and when they finally did reply, it felt kind of dismissive, like they were talking down to me instead of actually helping. The site itself might be fine, but my experience with customer service was really frustrating.

"I ended up getting the wrong size..."
I ended up getting the wrong size, and the box was a little banged up when it arrived. i think it was just bad timing with shipping or the order getting mixed up somehow. Customer support was helpful though and got things sorted out, so it wasn’t a huge deal in the end

"Nice site, but searching takes way too much work"
I do like a lot of the stuff on Orchard Mile, and the site looks really polished, but trying to actually find things can get frustrating. The search and filters just don’t always behave the way I expect. Like I’ll pick a size, or a color, or a price range, or even a specific category, and then I’ll still see items that don’t seem to match any of that. It’s annoying when you’re just trying to find something simple, like black sandals, a white blouse, jeans in your size, or a dress under a certain price, and you end up scrolling through a bunch of random results anyway. I spent way longer than I should have just narrowing things down. The site is and has good products, but the shopping part isn’t as smooth as it should be.

"Tracking was "pretty good" overall"
I ordered from orchardmile.com and the tracking was easy to follow. I got email updates and could see when it shipped and when it was "out for delivery," which was nice. There was one day where nothing really updated, so I was kind of wondering what was going on, but the package still showed up on time. Overall, it was a good experience, I just wish the tracking had been a little more detailed...

"Easy to use, but I’m still torn"
I found what I needed quickly and checkout was simple enough, so no real complaints there. The filters could definitely be better though. I usually stick with another brand/site I already trust, so I’m a little conflicted, but this was a smooth experience overall.

"I tried to buy a dress and..."
I tried to buy a dress and somehow ended up in Checkout Chaos™. Right after I entered my shipping info, the page kept freezing like it had important plans elsewhere. Then my cart emptied itself, which was a fun little “start over, loser” moment. The payment page joined in with a random mystery error and zero explanation, because apparently clear instructions are too fancy. After about 20 minutes of this nonsense, I gave up. Super annoying.
